The Site provides information about Matlab Infotech’s software development, design, and consulting services, and a way to contact us. The Site is intended for business users aged 18 or over. Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matlab Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Site is limited to CAD $100.

8. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
