By accessing or using https://matlabinfotech.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The Site provides information about Matlab Infotech’s software development, design, and consulting services, and a way to contact us. The Site is intended for business users aged 18 or over. Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you contact us.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Not interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

You must not:

• Post or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or impersonate anyone.

All content, branding, designs, and code on the Site are owned by Matlab Infotech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our prior written permission. Any content you submit to us (such as an enquiry) — you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matlab Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Site is limited to CAD $100.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
