AI/ML Python Developer

About the role

Are you passionate about Python, AI, LLMs, and building real-world AI-powered applications? Join our engineering team and work on exciting products at the intersection of AI and backend engineering.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Location: Surat, Gujarat (on-site)

Eligibility

• Candidates with more than 3 years of experience should not apply.
• Only Surat-based candidates are eligible. Remote and relocation candidates will not be considered.

What you'll work on

• Build scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI/Flask
• Develop and integrate REST APIs
• Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and other LLM APIs
• Build AI agents, tool/function calling and structured outputs
• Develop RAG pipelines, embeddings and semantic search
• Work with vector databases, SQL/NoSQL and Redis
• Debug, optimize, and write clean, production-ready code
• Collaborate with the team to build and ship AI-powered products

Required skills

• Strong Python fundamentals
• FastAPI / Flask or similar backend frameworks
• REST APIs and backend development
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and AI agents
• Git, debugging and problem-solving skills

Compensation and employment terms

• Salary is based on years of experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
• Candidates with 6–12 months of experience may be offered an employment bond of approximately 15–18 months, depending on the role and offer terms.
• Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will be considered for a full-time position with a 12-month employment bond.
• Final compensation and terms will be discussed during the selection process.
